In this establishment, without prejudice to the disposed of the Official Mexican Standard NOM-004-SSA3-2012 regarding clinical records, we ratified guidelines and policies to protect your information, whether verbal, written or digital.
The data provided during the medical care process is requested with the purpose of providing professional services and will be strictly used in compliance with the obligations and knowledge required for clinical decision-making in your case. This includes activities related to promoting, protecting, and restoring health in accordance with the imperatives established by Health Regulations regarding Epidemiological, Medical and Legal notices.

Even though, in Tiber Medical Center for both outpatient and inpatient care, the data provided during the provision of medical care services is not integrated into a database or collection, nor is it subject to any handling outside the scope of the clinical procedure. For your contentment, in the event of any other type of use or manipulation, it will fully comply with the disposed of the Personal Data Protection Law held by individuals and its Regulation.

Although your doctor has access to your medical history and in accordance with Health Regulations, may, if requested, provide a clinical summary only to you or your duly accredited legal representative.

According to the principle of confidentiality imposed by the General Health Law in its Regulation on the disposed of Medical Care Services and the Official Mexican Standards, data will not be shared with third parties under any circumstances, databases will not be created, and images, numbers or recorded sounds will not be used for commercial purposes. In the remote case of requiring them for academic or scientific purposes, it would be exclusively through written authorization from the owner of the information.

Finally, given the nature, temporality and purpose of the services we offer, the elements contained in the clinical history are not correctable and do not give rise to the assertion of rights granted by “ARCO” (Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition according to the Data Protection Act). In case of any doubts regarding this notice, consult with your treating professional. All of the above is in accordance with the express exception in article and section IV of article 10, of the Personal Data Protection Law held by individuals, published on July 5th, 2010 in Mexico City.
